This section of the TIK Project portal provides administrative information for the project contractual partners and for the European Commission and it is password protected.
The Kick-off meeting of the TIK project was organised at Pixel Site in Florence on 22 December 2017. Rosa Almela Ribes representing the project coordinator Ayuntamiento de Guadassuar and Andrea Peraldo from Pixel presented the TIK project aims and the activities to be carried out, to the representatives of the institutions involved in the Consortium. The Kick Off meeting was an opportunity for the 6 project partners institutions to get to know each other and to discuss and agree upon the working methods to be implemented to produce the expected project outcomes. Through their participation in the meeting all the partners achieved a clear view of the project activities and deadlines, of the the financial rules and the templates and deadlines to be used as a reference to create the Intellectual Output Contents. Specific discussions were carried out on how to develop the Guides and Toolkit. Dissemination and Exploitation strategies were also presented, discussed and agreed upon.
Related document:The second meeting took place in Iasi on 24 – 25 September 2018. Rosa Almela and Andrea Peraldo conducted the meeting and all partners contributed with the presentation of the activities carried out at national level for the finalization of the Guides. The meeting was also an opportunity for the partners to make a detailed planning of the project future activities and to organize the project's work that focuses on the creation of the Toolkit (Intellectual Output 2).
Related document:The third meeting took place in Kaunas on 12 – 13 April 2019. Rosa Almela and Andrea Peraldo conducted the meeting. Project partners went through the contents of the Guides and finalised them. The project partners also presented the state of art of the storytelling activities and shared the Media products already available. The Section of the TIK Portal hosting the storytelling activities results and the Media products was presented and discussed. Andrea Peraldo provided the instructions for uploading the information on the Portal and within the Youtube channel of the TIK project.
Related document:The fourth and final meeting of the European project entitled TIK – Tradition and Innovation@Kindergarten, was held on 18 – 19 October 2019 at the Municipality of Guadassuar (Spain). During the fourth meeting, project partners finalized the sections of the website addressed to both the storytelling and the story plot activities. In addition, project partners analyzed how to guarantee a further accessibility of the deliverables produced.
