Tale summary
The legend of the Piatra Arsă (Burnt Stone) mountain says that, a long time ago, there was a storm which lasted for many days in a row, causing floods and even a landslide. One shepherd had the idea to play his bagpipes, calling thus all the nearby shepherds, and together they set fire to the mountain, forever turning the clay into stone.
